  5. Add one to two tablespoons of vanilla extract. You can add more if you prefer a stronger vanilla taste.

  5. Wait for the coffee to cool. If your coffee is too hot, the ice will melt too quickly.
  6. Whisk your whipping cream until you reach medium peaks.
  7. Pour the coffee and cinnamon mixture into a tall glass.
  8. Add the crushed ice to your coffee.
  9. Top with whipped cream.
  10. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
