Lifeboost’s 2024 Journey: A Year In Review

This time of year, always seems to bring with it the opportunity for reflection. For us, here at Lifeboost Coffee, looking back at the journey of 2024 we are overwhelmed with gratitude and a deeper understanding of what it truly means to serve our beloved customer family.

This past year, we continued to make remarkable strides in producing the high-quality, low-acid coffee each of you have come to expect from us. However, we also were proud to introduce a few new and innovative products which continue to further our commitment to health and toxin-free lifestyles. 

While 2024 was a year packed full of change, new products, and growth, we know this progress did not come without a few growing pains. We encountered challenges that tested our resilience, from supply chain hurdles to the intricate details of scaling our operations to meet demand without compromising on quality.

We invested in adding cutting-edge machines for testing our coffee’s acidity, purity, and even the color of roast in order to reaffirm Lifeboost’s position as a leader in clean, low-acid, coffee. We also fought through the global coffee supply shortage, never wavering in providing for our customers and never compromising on the quality of the coffee we offer. 

Each obstacle taught us invaluable lessons about flexibility, innovation, and the importance of keeping our customers at the heart and soul of our goals, insights, and future growth. These lessons not only defined our 2024 journey but will undoubtedly guide us as we step into 2025.

As each of you has been with us along this journey, we wanted to highlight a few of these “growing pains” as well as the achievements and progress we have made as a company, so you can continue to put your trust into us.

What’s New From 2024


This year we were able to introduce quite a few new products, from new teas to coffee scrubs. However, beyond new products, we added a lot of new website and app features to make your customer experience even smoother, not to mention consolidating our coffee roasters to ensure fewer shipping delays and even higher quality on every bag we deliver to your doorsteps.

Mushroom coffee, anyone?


While we all love an amazing, exfoliating coffee scrub or switching up our usual coffee routine with a cozy cup of tea, one of our biggest product introductions in 2024 was our game-changing Cognition Mushroom Coffee, Cognition Mushroom Decaf, and our Cognition Mushroom French Vanilla. We put a lot of research, and maybe even a little bit of sweat, into this mushroom coffee to ensure it provides not only the robust flavor of high-quality coffee but also the therapeutic benefits of adaptogenic mushrooms, aiming to enhance mental clarity, boost immune function, and provide sustained energy throughout your day.

Even better? This health-boosting mushroom blend doesn't have the mushroom taste often found in other mushroom coffees on the market. We are immensely proud to be leading the way with this powerhouse of health.

Improvements and Continued Growth


Our biggest goal for 2024 was to be customer-focused and to improve both your experiences online with our website, ordering, as well as to improve shipping and delivery times as best we could. You may have noticed a few new features come through our app and websites, but we wanted to highlight some things that might have gone unnoticed!

First, it is now easier than ever to sign up for our SMS messaging, so you never miss out on promotions or special offers.

We also are thrilled to announce the launch of our new Lifeboost Bundler Tool, designed to make your coffee shopping easier and more rewarding! This user-friendly feature allows you to bundle your favorite roasts at discounted prices, giving you the flexibility to customize your order while saving money.

Additionally, in 2024, Lifeboost focused a lot on ensuring our product availability and shipping improved. Our team significantly grew its product options on Amazon, entering new categories and even expanding to include our Canadian clients. Behind-the-scenes it took a lot of work from our operations team to make this happen, and we’re even more proud of their work with the 4.3 stars out of 5, from over 3,000 customer reviews on Amazon. If you are an Amazon shopper, it is now easier than ever to get your Lifeboost fix!

Lifeboost is also more available than ever across partner businesses. Our wholesale department has seen significant growth, bringing in some amazing, high-quality businesses. Partnering with such excellent companies has been a great way to forge strong relationships and help these small businesses thrive.

Our Lifeboost team also focused on improving our shipping and delivery times for customers. At the end of 2024, we succeeded in streamlining our roasting locations, allowing us to reduce the need for multiple shipments into single orders. We believe you are going to see vast improvements in shipping times as well as consistency going into 2025 due to this effort. Not to mention, by consolidating our orders, reducing errors associated with packaging and shipping, this goal was a big win for us in our continued effort to strive for environmental sustainability and cut down on our shipping emissions.

Throughout all of these changes, the foundation to our success in 2024 was our Customer Experience team. Our Customer Experience team brought on new team members and expanded training to align with our growing customer base, all while fostering the satisfaction and happiness of our Lifeboost members. Not only do our high Google reviews, our high trust pilot ratings, and record-setting benchmarks such as an eight-minute average resolution time for inquiries, reflect the amazing achievements of this team, the feedback directly sent by you, our customers, reminds us that we could not have done any of this without these amazing men and women working diligently with our customers.

Through our continued commitment to health, throughout 2024 our Ambassador of Health program achieved a milestone of partnering with over 300 health professionals who each endorse and support our low-acid, toxin-free, healthy coffee promise.

We have seen the results of our commitment to you and to healthy lifestyles. YOU have seen the results. We are so grateful to those of you who have reached out to share your stories, from cancer survivors to many of you who suffer from GERD and other digestive issues, it makes all the difference that our commitment to healthy, low-acid coffee has paid off so you are able to enjoy this beloved beverage again!

Dr. Charles, our CEO, was even recognized and honored by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives in 2024 for his leadership in e-commerce and ethical product development.

This commitment to providing ethically-sourced, high-quality, toxin-free, delicious coffee and other healthy products will never change. In 2025 our promise to each of you is to keep challenging the coffee industry to be better, to be healthier and to continue to listen to our customers so we, too, can continue to do better.
In addition to lowering our shipping emissions and continuing to fight for wildlife and sustainable farming practices across the coffee industry, we also donated to over 100 organizations in 2024, from Labrador Rescuers to kids during the holidays. Lifeboost donated dozens of boxes and over a hundred bags of coffee to first responders such as local fire departments and health care professionals who dedicate their lives to serving their communities. A highlight of our year was being fortunate enough to be able to send coffee to the brave individuals in a deployed Army Unit serving our country.

As we closed out 2024, Lifeboost also donated over $670 worth of toys for Toys-for-Tots. Spending a day shopping, hand-wrapping gifts, and packing their cars so full it required multiple drop offs, our team had so much fun helping to make the holiday season special for kids and families in the community.

Lifeboost’s commitment to customers and staying true to our core pillars saw 2024 be a year filled with success but also joy. We have so much gratitude to our team members and our customers who have tagged along with us for this amazing journey, and we are excited to continue to improve our customer experience, customer health, and to remain steadfast in bettering the world around us throughout 2025.
