A Week’s Worth Of Tasty, Tropical, Toasted Coconut Coffee Recipes For You To Enjoy

Below you’ll find an entire week’s worth of recipes using our Toasted Coconut Coffee.

This overly tasty, effortlessly tropical brew is a customer favorite, so we went all out to bring you a drink for each day of the week.

As listed, they’re ordered to get you through the week, with a healthy Monday morning start, a hot coffee option and some iced versions as the week progresses, followed by some fun treats, boozy weekend options, and a relaxing Sunday brew too.

Of course, you don’t have to enjoy these in this order, you can switch them up at will. But no matter when you sip, we know you’re going to love these coconut themed coffee creations!

1- Wake Me Up, Before You Coco

Monday mornings can be rough, so we wanted to deliver a caffeinated, tasty, and healthy coffee smoothie to start the week off right!

This smoothie uses just under a cup of incredibly delicious cold brewed toasted coconut coffee, a little bit of sweetness from raw honey and a frozen banana, a touch of fat from the coconut milk and almond butter, a punch of protein from your preferred powder, and of course a little chocolatey goodness from a bit of unsweetened cocoa powder.

Yum, and yum!

**Feel free to add a bit of ice if you’d like to thicken this one up. Or, to avoid sacrificing coffee flavor, simply fill an ice cube tray with some Toasted Coconut Coffee cold brew, allow the cubes to freeze overnight, and use them in place of the liquid cold brew in the smoothie.

**Tip from a confessed coffee addict…if you use the coffee ice cubes in this, you can always amp up the coffee flavor by ‘supplementing’ with an extra ¼ cup or more of liquid cold brew.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cold brewed Lifeboost Toasted Coconut Coffee
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 2-3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a tall glass, and enjoy!

2- Coconut Honey Latte

You’re in the groove of things now. Your week is off to a truly wonderful start, but you’re looking for a hot, creamy, coconutty brew to keep those hot mess vibes at bay.

And, this coconut honey latte delivers!

**Feel free to adjust the amount of honey used in the latte to suit your personal taste preference.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces freshly brewed Lifeboost Toasted Coconut Coffee
  • 8 ounces coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey, divided
  • ½ cup coconut cream, refrigerated

Instructions

  • Brew coffee and set aside.
  • Add coconut milk to a medium saucepan and heat over medium-high heat until just before boiling.
  • Reduce the heat to a simmer, then stir in coffee, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons honey.
  • Whisk or stir until all ingredients are well combined, then pour into your favorite mug.
  • Add coconut cream (only the hardened cream) and 1 tablespoon honey to a chilled bowl and mix with a mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Top your coconut honey latte with a few decent-sized dollops of sweetened, whipped coconut cream, and enjoy!

3- Triple C

Coconut coffee, coconut syrup, and coconut whipped cream…a triple tropical paradise for your tastebuds!

Our Toasted Coconut Coffee already boasts subtle and soft coconut flavors, but you’ll take those notes to the next level by making your own coconut syrup to use in this iced brew.

Then, you’ll top this island dream with a bit of coconut cream that you’ve freshly whipped up and voila, hump day will be no match for your coconut coffee fueled ambition!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cold brewed Lifeboost Toasted Coconut Coffee
  • 1-2 ounces coconut syrup (see recipe below)
  • ⅓ cup whipped coconut cream (see recipe below)
  • Cocoa powder, optional for topping
  • ice

Instructions

  • Add ice to a tall glass.
  • Pour cold brew over the ice in the glass.
  • Add coconut syrup and stir to combine.
  • Top with roughly ⅓ cup coconut whipped cream, then dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy!

Homemade Coconut Syrup

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract

Add water and sugar to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat. Stir continually, until sugar dissolves completely.

Bring to a simmer and allow the mixture to bubble for a few minutes, then remove from heat and allow the simple syrup to cool completely.

Once cooled, stir in the coconut extract, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Whipped Coconut Cream

  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 2-3 teaspoons powdered sugar

Place a can of coconut milk in the refrigerator and chill overnight (or for several hours).

Remove coconut milk from the refrigerator and scoop out the hardened coconut cream into a mixing bowl. Discard (or save for later personal use) the water resting beneath the cream.

Add powdered sugar to the cream, then mix with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.

Use immediately to make this drink, then store any remaining coconut cream in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to three days.

4- Toasted Coconut Mocha Frappe

I’m confident this week has already been a stellar one. I mean, you’ve been enjoying coconut coffee all week, so it must’ve been a great one!

But, now that the weekend is nearing, we thought we’d amp things up a bit and celebrate with a sweet treat, a fun and tasty coconut mocha frappe to satisfy your sweet tooth and your cravings for something extraordinary!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cold brewed Lifeboost Toasted Coconut Coffee
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce, plus extra for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

**The night before (or several hours prior to) making your drink, pour the coconut milk evenly into an ice cube tray. (¾ cup milk should make roughly 8-10 ice cubes in a traditional tray.) Place the tray into the freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen.

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit, then spread ¼ cup coconut flakes across a baking sheet. Bake coconut flakes for 3-5 minutes, or until evenly toasted, then remove from the oven. Before making the drink, save a little bit of the toasted flakes for garnish, if desired.
  • Add coconut ice cubes, toasted coconut, cold brew, cocoa powder, and chocolate syrup to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a tall glass. Top with remaining toasted coconut flakes and a drizzle of chocolate sauce, if desired, and enjoy!

5- Friday Night’s Alright For Sipping

It’s Friday night.

Your (work) week has ended, and all you want to do is relax at home with a delicious cocktail.

You want to continue your creamy, dreamy, coconut coffee trend you’ve been enjoying all week, but nothing too fancy…you are tired at the end of a long week after all.

Enter this creamy, coconut coffee cocktail, perfect for some low-key, no-frills, Friday evening enjoyment!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces strong, freshly brewed Lifeboost Toasted Coconut Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 ½ ounces coconut rum
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • ice

Instructions

  • Brew coffee, then stir in coconut sugar, dissolving the sugar while the coffee is still hot.
  • Set aside the sweetened coconut coffee to cool.
  • Add ice to a cocktail glass.
  • Pour the rum over the ice, then top with coconut milk and sweetened toasted coconut coffee. Stir slightly, if desired, and enjoy!

**Some folks aren’t big fans of the taste of coconut sugar. If you’d prefer an alternative, regular organic cane sugar will work just fine in this cocktail.

6- Livin’ In A Coffee Paradise

I’ll admit, this is an oldie but a goodie!

A few years back we brought you a collection of Toasted Coconut Coffee recipes, and this one is such a fan-favorite, such a tremendously tasty (yet unique) offering, and one of my personal favorites as well, so I had to bring it back.

This drink is the perfect Saturday afternoon companion while you’re relaxing by the pool.

But, add a little bit of coconut rum, and it’s also the perfect Saturday evening sipper to enjoy while entertaining friends…or for a perfect Saturday afternoon companion while you’re relaxing by the pool.

Frankly, it’s just the perfect coconut coffee concoction, period (cocktail or mocktail)! In my humble opinion, that is.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cold brewed Lifeboost Toasted Coconut Coffee
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 ½ ounces coconut rum (for cocktail only)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • A few drops liquid stevia
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Add ice to a tall glass. Pour in cold brew, a few drops of stevia (if you’d like, you can certainly enjoy without the stevia, if desired), and pineapple juice. Stir to combine.
  • Add heavy cream, coconut extract, a few drops of liquid stevia, and vanilla to an electric frother. Froth on the cold setting. (This will make more than you’ll need to top one drink, but using this amount will keep the frother from whipping the cream instead of simply making a thickened, flavored topping for your brew.)
  • Top coffee mixture with frothed heavy cream and enjoy!

**To make this as a cocktail, I recommend filling a glass with ice, then adding ice, coffee, rum, stevia, and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain the mixture over the ice in the glass.

Froth the flavored heavy cream as directed in point #2 above and enjoy!

7- Soothing Sunday Sips

Smooth and creamy, perfect for a slow Sunday morning.

Whether you’re enjoying a delicious Sunday breakfast or simply sitting on your porch taking in the view, this coconut latte is the perfect addition to any slow, simple Sunday, bringing taste and a touch of the tropics to your weekend relaxation session.

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 8 ounces strongly brewed Lifeboost Toasted Coconut Coffee
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon, optional

Instructions

  • Scoop out the solid coconut milk from the can, discard any water.
  • Add coconut milk, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon to a small saucepan and heat over low heat, just until the sugar is dissolved and all of the ingredients are combined.
  • Once combined, add the warmed mixture to a glass jar. Then, you can either froth the mixture with a handheld frother, or you can place a lid on the jar and shake the mixture until it reaches your preferred level of frothiness.
  • Brew coffee and add to your favorite mug. Stir in ½ tablespoon brown sugar, then top with a desired amount of frothed coconut milk and enjoy!
