Keurigs have become EXPENSIVE PIECES OF JUNK! I have owned 6…..None of them last for any length of time. The newer the model, the quicker it malfunctions. My latest purchase made on 10/07/2024 stopped working on 10/10/2024. It was successful at producing a whopping 8 cups of coffee……PATHETIC PRODUCT! Keurigs need to be removed from store shelves, as they are the BIGGEST PIECES OF JUNK EVER MADE AND SOLD!!!
Kureig just hums. Have reset it it, no luck.
Cleaned the Keurig and it comes on and heats the water then I select the cup size and it sounds like its running the water through but it is only running back into the water reservoir and not through the machine. Any help would be appreciated.

Bought a Keurig K Select with coffee strength button in December, 2023. It failed within a few months. It powered on, you could hear the water heating, then it would not brew and shut off repeatedly. Tried all the “resetting” and other suggestions. No luck. Called Keurig. They replaced the machine. BUT then the second machine failed again within a few months, same problem. No fix. So I had to send it back to Keurig and they replaced it. The third machine, the exact same model, failed again after only a month and a half. So, I requested replacement and this time they sent a new machine without sending the old one, leaving me with the conclusion that they know this model is defective. It is a diferent model, another K Select but without the brew strength button. It arrived in a box without any documentation or other literature. It is already making strange noises. This company makes most of its money from selling the coffee and licensing rights to other company. I have two other coffeemakers and if this one fails I will again replace it only until i exhaust my supply of pods. My deLonghi drip coffeemaker has lasted for years and I can brew all the coffee i want. My wife likes the Keurig but maybe after all this trouble she will just pour it out of the pot. Without reliable coffeemakers Keurig will sell zero pods. Makes you wonder about the corporate management.

I did every step possible and the kuerig brews without the kcup in but when the kcup is in the water/coffee does not come out. The water is like backed up. I’ve had the keurig slim for 4-5 months and four days ago I ran the descaling cycle. Since then I’m unable to stop the ‘descale’ light from being on…don’t have the brew ‘brew’ light and as a result I’ve been operating without any coffee in my system! Our latest Keurig brewer is terrible. It is just quit on us again. We have double-filtered water. We just cleaned the Keurig according to the instructions, and it finally began to work again—but only for a day or two. Now it won’t brew any coffee at all. We are going to change to another coffee maker, but Keurig and its whole community deserves to know the truth. Warming up water should be simple. Also, it should be simple to run the hot water through a K-cup that says “KEURIG” right on it. We deserve better. What will you do about it? John
How can Kurig make a machine that makes only water and not Coffee. If a simple disconnect of hose to Coffee Pot – make better so does not disconnect after numbers of lifting and lowering pod area handle. Also, don’t design top part to be flat on top of drawer housing – only accumulates nasty dirt and slime if you do not lift up assembly each week…make simple to avoid catching the stupid gene
I’ve lost faith in this company, the Keurig, I am on my second coffee machine and that has quit 😢. I got my second machine free because the first one was still under warranty, my second machine lasted 13 months. I don’t think I will be spending any more money on these machines. I love my Keurig 2.0. I waited too long to descale it and the needle was plugged. I cleaned the needle & did a couple of cycles with vinegar & it works great. I’ve had this one for three years & the one before for about eight years before I had to replace it.
Glad I bought the Keurig Supreme at Costco. It stopped working after a couple weeks. Tried all solutions on the web. Returned it to Costco and got another. Same issue after a week. Glad that the Costco Return Policy is so good. Returned the second – no questions. Did not buy a third obviously.
