Lifeboost Mobile App Essentials And How-Tos

Recently I was scrolling through Facebook, and I came across one of our ads. Like most folks, I was drawn in by the yummy coffee video playing in the ad.

But, one of the (somewhat concerning) comments that jumped out at me under the image went a little something like this: I love Lifeboost coffee, but I only order through Amazon because I don’t like to order items through Facebook.

Certainly, I agree.

I, too, love Lifeboost coffee, but I also don’t care for ordering items directly through social media.

The thing is, we only have a few select items listed on Amazon, and ordering through this store front or social media may mean you’re missing out on some of our best deals.

Enter the Lifeboost app…

Many of us shop from our mobile devices, and when it comes to Lifeboost coffee, our app is truly one of the best ways to shop from your phone.

So, first thing’s first…

In order to get the most out of the Lifeboost app, you’ll need to download the app, then turn on notifications so you don’t miss out on any benefits, perks, deals, etc. that we regularly provide for our Lifeboost family members.

To do this, you’ll simply:

1. Download the Lifeboost app from your mobile device’s app store.

2.Once you download the app, go into your phone’s settings and find ‘Lifeboost App.’

3.Now that you’ve found the Lifeboost App in settings, click notifications, then enable notifications.

To get a glimpse of the many offers, past and present, you now have at your fingertips, find the notifications tab in the bottom right corner of the app screen. Once you click, you’ll find a scrollable list of each offer, including any needed codes for discounts.

Of course, if you don’t already have a Lifeboost account (or if you do have an account but haven’t logged in within the app yet) you’ll simply select the account tab located directly in the bottom center of your screen.

Once you click on the account icon, you’ll be directed to the account page where you can enter your email and password.

Note: You’ll want to stay logged in to the app to ensure you’re getting the most up-to-date offers and notifications.

Then, after you’ve logged in, you’ll find that the my account tab allows you to view your orders, rewards, favorites, and subscriptions.

At The Bottom

Aside from the account and notifications options on the bottom of your screen, you’ll also find the following options:

Home - This is the home page of our app. No matter where you’re at within the app, you can always select the home icon to get back to the home page for easy navigation. (We’ll detail more of the specific home page features in a moment.)

Shop - When you select the shop icon, you’ll be directed to an easy to use list of all of our products.

Need dark roast? Simply select dark roast, and you’ll be provided with a list of each darkly roasted Lifeboost selection.

Looking for our coffee pods? Select coffee pods, and you’ll be directed to each and every selection of pods we have.

Don’t see what you’re looking for? You can always type something more specific into the ‘search products’ bar at the top of the page.

Account - As we detailed above, when you select the account icon, this allows you to initially create an account or log into your existing account. From here you can stay up to date on your personal orders, rewards, subscriptions, and more.

Wishlist - We’ve even included a tab where you can store all your faves!

If you select the wishlist tab, located on the bottom of the app screen, you’ll find a selection for “my favorites.”

As you’re shopping, when you find any classic roast, flavored selection, accessory, tea, etc. that you want to add to your personally crafted wishlist, simply click on the heart next to the item.

For instance, I’m in love with our kombucha powder, aka Lifeboocha.

To add this to my personal wishlist I simply selected the shop icon. From here I scrolled down and clicked on the health boosters tab.

Once I selected the health boosters tab, I scrolled down until I found my favorite (watermelon mint Lifeboocha) and clicked on the heart next to this item.

As I selected the heart, a window opened up at the bottom of my screen asking me to select 1, 3, or 6 units.

I’m a very big fan of our Lifeboocha, so I selected the 6, then clicked the save button.

Then, simply because I wanted to see the magic in action, I clicked on the wishlist tab to find Watermelon Mint Lifeboocha (quantity 6) on my list. There’s even an “add to bag” option waiting for you, so you can easily shop from the personal list you’ve created over time as you’ve perused the app.

Notifications - As stated above, in the bottom right corner of your screen, at the end of this list of navigation tools, you’ll find the notifications icon. One click on this icon takes you to a running list of tasty offers.

Within this list, you can either take advantage of current offers or glance at the types of deals we’ve brought to our Lifeboost family in the past.

This list is extensive, so give it a thorough look-through.

As I’m glancing now, just to give you an idea of what’s waiting for you, I’m seeing notifications for seasonal flavors that are nearing vault time (which reminds me to stock up until they’re released again next year), and I’ve also been reminded of our offer for 15% off of my favorite Lifeboost tea, just one of countless chances to save!

Some other examples of past deals and info you’ll find within the notifications tab are as follows:

- 15% off Lifeboost Luxe, our line of rare coffees from around the world
- 20% off new spring seasonal flavors
- exclusive early releases and deals you won’t find anywhere else!
- Appy Hour specials that occur throughout the month exclusively for our mobile app users


At The Top

Now we’re going to scroll to the top of the Lifeboost mobile app homepage for a few more essentials…

First, you’ll notice the Featured tab.

When the featured tab is selected, you’ll find that your screen is filled with the most up-to-date, exciting products like our new Cognition coffee, a blend of cognition-boosting mushrooms and organic coffee, or our FitFoam Vanilla Bean Protein Powder.

These featured items will change from time to time, of course, allowing us to showcase a variety of tasty, healthy Lifeboost offerings.

Then, as you scroll further down, you’ll also find:

- options to shop (if you prefer to scroll through our products here instead of the shop tab)
- featured blog posts (a great source for health information as it pertains to coffee, recipes, up and coming info and trends in coffee, and so much more)
- information regarding our subscription packages
- general Lifeboost information
- ways to contact our customer service team, FAQs, shipping/return info, and more

Next, to ensure you can easily find ways to shop all throughout the Lifeboost mobile app, you’ll also find a Shop tab at the top of the app screen, to the right of the featured tab which we just discussed.

One click of the shop tab from the top of your screen will open a pictured display of the following sections, each of which expands to allow you to…well…shop!

- Light, Medium & Dark Roasts
- Decaf Coffee
- Flavored Coffee
- Coffee Pods
- Health Boosters
- Gifts & Coffee Accessories

Now for a new tab we’ve added to the Lifeboost mobile app - Discover.

Many of you have shared that you enjoy seeing the videos we share across our social media platforms (and beyond).

Some of these videos are informative, some show you how to compose incredibly tasty coffee concoctions, and some are just plain hypnotic to watch.

Thankfully, now that we’ve added this discover tab, you don’t have to search the web for these videos as they’ll be routinely featured here!

Next in line, we have our Rewards tab.

When you click on rewards, you’ll find all you need to know about what we believe to be the “best coffee loyalty program on the planet!”

As you scroll down the rewards page, you’ll find detailed information about the differences between being a Lifeboost VIP, allowing you to compare the following:

- Lifeboost VIP
- Lifeboost VIP GOLD
- Lifeboost VIP BLACK

Each tier, of course, brings you perks, exclusive offers, rewards, and more.

Then, if you ever find yourself in need of Help from our team, simply select the help tab, also located at the top of the homepage, next in line after rewards.

The help page lists both our toll free number and an email address allowing you to get in touch with our friendly customer service team, who are happily waiting to hear from you!

And, last in line on this list is our Blog tab.

When you select the blog tab, you'll find the words Our Blog located under a colorful, rotating selection of images from recent articles.

Once you select Our Blog, you’ll be transported to a wealth of information provided by our team.

From here, you can select one of the featured blog articles which appear on the page, or you can scroll down to find a topical list of categories, where Lifeboost articles are classified under the following headings:

- Coffee
- Community
- Health and Wellness
- Our Cause
- Recipes

At the bottom of this list, you’ll even find an opportunity to sign up for our monthly Brewsletter, a publication sent directly to your email, filled with top health insights, heartwarming stories, and incredibly delicious recipes.
