Our Cookie Butter coffee is made with the same certified-organic, single-origin Arabica beans we use across our entire line. Once natural flavoring extracts are added, the finished product no longer qualifies under current USDA certification rules — that is a regulatory reality, not a compromise in quality. What we do instead: we run our full TrustPure third-party testing protocol on the finished, flavored product — screening for 450+ pesticides, mycotoxins, and heavy metals. The results are identical to our unflavored roasts. We believe that tested proof is more meaningful than a label.
No. Not in any amount. We use only natural, plant-based extracts to carry flavor — no industrial solvents of any kind. Most flavored coffees use propylene glycol and do not disclose it on the label. We will not touch it.
