If you would like to cancel an order after it has been shipped, we will attempt to intercept the package through the delivery service, although this is not guaranteed. Defective Products:

If you ordered a product by mistake or are unhappy with the item, you may return for a full refund, less any shipping charges or other fees associated with the order. Shipping will be done at your expense. You will receive credit which you may spend at our store for your item upon receipt.
