At checkout you will be given two options to choose from on shipping methods. Free Shipping on orders above $50 (7-10 business days) or Standard Shipping for $9.99 (5-7 business days). The shipping cost for Canadian orders ranges from $21.95 to $61.95 depending on the number of bags. These two options are available for online store purchases and on subscriptions. Once your order is done being freshly roasted, we ship free standard shipping for US orders over $50. You may cancel an order at any time prior to Shipping at 1-800-479-1596. or by emailing us via support@lifeboostcoffee.com

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been shipped, we will attempt to intercept the package through the delivery service, although this is not guaranteed. Intercept services do have fees associated with them, so we will deduct the cost to intercept from your refund. If interception is not possible, you can send the package back by either refusing the package at delivery or shipping it back to us.

If you refuse the package and send it back to us, we will be charged a fee from the mailing service and will deduct that fee from your refund.

We currently only ship to U.S. and Canada addresses. We are looking into adding other shipping destinations soon. Please check back with us!

Here's how it works:
Contact our customer service team by calling 1-800-479-1596, Monday- Friday, 9am – 6pm ET. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number), and we will also provide you the return address to ship the product back to us. Return the empty and unused portion of your product, the original invoice that came with your product (if you don't have that please indicate the date you purchased your product so we can attempt to look it up) and your RMA number. We must receive the return within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.

It is your responsibility to pay the return postage and we recommend you send it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Note: We must receive the bag(s) within 30 days from the date you originally purchased the item, for the refund to be valid.

The charges (excluding shipping and handling fees) are fully refundable. We really want you to be satisfied, but we must adhere to these guidelines in order to be fair and consistent.

Last but not least, empty product containers can only be returned if adequate time has passed that would allow you to consume the product as directed. We want to be fair, but we can't refund 6 months worth of empty product containers after 1 month. We want to be fair with you and hope you will be fair with us too.

It usually takes a week to process your package, and another 7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for a bank (debit card) or credit card company to refund to your card or bank account(debit card).

Gift Boxes, The Espressione Concierge, Burr coffee grinders, Milk Boss Frothers and eBooks are non-refundable.

Our Error:
If you received a wrong product due to our error, please return the product unopened in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. You will receive credit for the product once we receive the return. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense.

Shipping Damage:
If your package is visibly damaged upon arrival, refuse the package and have it delivered back to us. Contact us immediately at support@lifeboostcoffee.com or by calling toll-free at 1-800-479-1596 and we will have a replacement order shipped to you right away at no additional shipping expense.

Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is defective, out of date, or is in any way damaged from something other than shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please return the product in the same package in which you received it and include a copy of the invoice. We will ship you the correct product at no additional shipping expense or refund your money.

Your Error:
If you ordered a product by mistake or are unhappy with the item, you may return for a full refund, less any shipping charges or other fees associated with the order. Shipping will be done at your expense. You will receive credit which you may spend at our store for your item upon receipt.

Return Policy
Unused items (unopened and unwashed) and items returned for verifiable manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of delivery, for 100% refund on the cost of the returned items. Shipping fees for any other returns are not refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee for opened, washed, and/or used items that are not defective.

All returned items must be in unused condition and must be accompanied by all original contents. Missing contents will result in a reduced credit amount. All warranty cards must be left blank. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturer's box that has not been defaced or altered in any way.

Purchaser is responsible for shipping to our warehouse at: 1143 North Patt Street, Anaheim, CA 92801, USA. If a product is being sent in for warranty service and repairs, the customer is liable for the shipment of the unit to our warranty service center. Please note that free return shipping for warranty claims are only applicable for addresses within the 48 contiguous states in the United States.
