Fraud advertising: Distribute in NYC10923 Not from Nicaragua

As per your advertising your coffee origin sources all of its coffee beans from the mountains of Nicaragua farm....but the bag states it comes from central and south America, {where in south America}
It has no date of roosting and source. Fraud advertising . I purchase 6 bags an was deliver from NYC.

Your Statement: Lifeboost so surces all of its coffee beans from the mountains of Nicaragua. The company uses 100% high-quality Arabica beans that are grown without pesticides. The coffee beans are certified bird-friendly, organic, and Fair Trade. Because all of Lifeboost’s coffee comes from the same place, you won’t be able to experiment with flavors from other origins. On the flip side, if you love Central American coffee, you won’t have to drink anything you don’t like!

The review you’ve left is on our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, which is a single-origin coffee from Ethiopia—not Nicaragua.

To clarify our lineup:

Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is sourced from Ethiopia (Africa).

Our Decaf (Purivan) is sourced from South America.

Many of our core coffees come from Central America, including regions like Nicaragua and Honduras.

Years ago, we primarily sourced from Nicaragua, but as we’ve grown, we’ve expanded to offer coffees from multiple regions around the world, including Central America, South America, Africa, and Indonesia.

Each of our coffees is single-origin for that specific roast, meaning the beans in that bag come from one region—not a blend of multiple countries.

It sounds like the statement you shared may have come from a third-party site or outdated info, because we do not claim that all of our coffee is sourced only from Nicaragua, and we do not limit ourselves to one origin.

A couple clarifications:

We are USDA Organic certified for most of our coffee ( excluding some flavored coffee), and our coffees are grown without pesticides.

We are bird-friendly in practice, but we are not Smithsonian Bird Friendly certified.

We describe our sourcing as fairly traded, but we are not Fair Trade certified.

Regarding roasting and shipping:

We roast in small batches in the New York which is where our roasting facility is. which is why your order shipped from NYC.

While we don’t print a roast date, we put exp date on each bag as well as Lot date, we do follow strict freshness standards and inventory rotation to ensure quality.
