Shipping & Returns

What is the shipping policy that you have?

Orders typically take 1–4 business days to process and pack. Shipping generally takes 2–10 business days within the continental U.S. However, due to the unpredictable nature of the shipping industry, delays may occasionally occur. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us at support@lifeboostcoffee.com.

Note: Orders shipped to Hawaii or Puerto Rico may take up to 25 business days to arrive.
Orders may also be held due to weather conditions or pending restocks.

All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Free Shipping (U.S. orders over $50): Estimated delivery 5–10 business days

  • Standard Shipping (US orders $9.99): Estimated delivery 2–7 business days

  • Canada Orders: Shipping costs range from $21.95 to $61.95, depending on the number of bags ordered.

Customs & Import Duties: For international orders (including Canada), customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, tariffs, and import taxes. Lifeboost Group Inc. is not liable for these charges or for any delays caused by customs processing. If a package is returned due to unpaid fees, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, minus any original shipping charges, once the return is received.

Tracking Information:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to follow your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Lifeboost Coffee is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for further assistance.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO:
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but delivery times may vary and tracking updates may be limited.

Multiple Packages:
Orders with multiple items may ship separately based on availability. Separate tracking emails will be sent if the order is split.

Holiday Shipping:
During holiday seasons or promotional periods, shipping carriers may experience delays. We encourage ordering early and allowing extra time for delivery.

Shipping Delays Disclaimer:
Lifeboost is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Address Changes / Intercepts:
Once an order leaves our facility, we cannot change the shipping address. If the address is incorrect, you may attempt a carrier intercept, but any associated fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • Hawaii and Puerto Rico (please allow up to 25 business days)

Lifeboost subscribers receive our best pricing and free shipping on orders over $50.


What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return products within 30 days of purchase Date for a full refund, minus any shipping charges or fees.

You are responsible for the return postage, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays.


To initiate a return, please email support@lifeboostcoffee.com or call us at 1-800-479-1596 for instructions and a return authorization number.

Returns by Scenario:

  • Our Error:
    If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us to return it unopened and in its original packaging. Once received, we’ll ship the correct item at no additional cost.

  • Shipping Damage:
    If your package arrives visibly damaged, Then contact us immediately at support@lifeboostcoffee.com or 1-800-479-1596 

  • Defective or Expired Products:
    If your item is defective, expired, or damaged (not related to shipping), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Return the item with your invoice, and we’ll either replace it or issue a full refund.

  • Customer Error / Change of Mind:
    If you ordered the wrong product or are simply not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund, less any shipping or associated fees. Return shipping is your responsibility.
