Ingredients
- 8 ounces cold brewed Lifeboost Eggnog Latte Flavored Medium Roast Coffee
- ¾ cup eggnog (see below for a healthy homemade recipe...or stick to a recipe you already love, or grab a carton at the store...totally up to you)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
- Liquid stevia drops to taste
- Pinch of ground nutmeg for topping
Instructions
- Pour coffee into your favorite holiday mug, add ice, stevia drops, and vanilla powder. Stir together until combined. Be sure to leave room for foam.
- Pour ¾ cup eggnog in an electric frother, cover, and froth on cold setting.
- Pour eggnog foam over coffee and top with a pinch of nutmeg. Enjoy!
Eggnog:
- 4 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 6 egg yolks
- ⅔ cup raw honey
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
In a blender, add egg yolks, almond milk, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, and blend for roughly one minute or until smooth. Pour mixture into a saucepan, add cloves, and heat over low-medium heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes, paying careful attention so eggs cook slowly (otherwise you’ll have scrambled egg in your mixture). The mixture should be hot, but not simmer or boil. (watch continually) If the mixture starts to boil, whisk vigorously and remove from heat for a moment.
Once thickened, remove eggnog from heat and stir in vanilla. Strain using a fine mesh strainer to remove cloves. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator. Chill at least 8 hours before using.

And To All A Goodnight
When I mentioned “the feelings of the Christmas season” I specifically had this cocktail in mind.
One sip and my memory was flooded with past holidays surrounded by loved ones. It’s flavor is incredibly delicious, but it also evokes feelings of warmth, calm, and togetherness.

- 2 ounce semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup whole milk (you can easily substitute a non dairy option here as well)
- Whipped cream, for optional topping
- Crushed candy cane, for optional topping
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and cream and simmer.
- Add semisweet chocolate to a medium sized bowl, cover with heated milk and cream mixture. Let sit for 2-3 minutes.

Heat water and cane sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Once sugar is dissolved, simmer (do not boil) for approximately 5 minutes allowing mixture to slightly thicken. Cool completely.
